{"id":5902,"date":"2021-04-28T11:44:04","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T09:44:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kromax.it\/?page_id=2913"},"modified":"2024-08-16T21:08:00","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T20:08:00","slug":"additivo-elasticizzante-cemento-malte","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.kromax.it\/en\/additivo-elasticizzante-cemento-malte\/","title":{"rendered":"Elasticising additive for cement and mortar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">AD-FLEX<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div id=\"print\"> <button class=\"print\"><\/button><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Product description<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rubber latex based on elastomeric polymer in water dispersion, to be used as an elasticising admixture for cement and mortar as a substitute for mixing water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It imparts exceptional elasticity, adhesive power and impermeability to mortars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suitable for internal and external substrates, cement and cement adhesives, making them suitable for demanding applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Product use<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elasticising additive for cement and mortars in general, to improve their adhesion, elasticity, water impermeability and<br>final performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adhesive latex additive for cement mortars is particularly suitable for laying large formats, outdoor laying, ceramic swimming pool coverings, coverings subject to high mechanical or hygrothermal stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additive for cementitious mortars such as screeds, plasters, skim coats, in order to improve their elasticity and adhesion characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation of adhesive<a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Boiacca\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Boiacca\">grouts<\/a> for anchoring new Portland cement-based screeds on old substrates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Substrates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The substrates to be treated must be consistent and free of surface dust, release agents and anything else that could jeopardise good adhesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crumbling or already detached parts must be removed mechanically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applications<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Additive for cement adhesives<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the right amount of liquid into a clean container and slowly add the powder, mixing with an electric drill fitted with a mixing paddle until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Let the mixture rest for at least 5 minutes and stir briefly for a few seconds. The resulting dough can be worked for about 6 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If no special performance is required, but only improved elasticity is desired, up to 50% clean water can be added to AD-FLEX before mixing with the powder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anchoring slurry for anchored screeds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Add one part AD-FLEX to one part water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix cement with this mixture until a liquid, homogeneous slurry is obtained and spread the mixture on the surface to be treated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to achieve optimal adhesion, pour \u2018fresh on fresh\u2019.<strong>Kromax additive products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kromax.it\/colla-rasante-per-cappotto-e-polistirolo\/\">POLYCEM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Laying warnings<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damp substrates with the presence of efflorescence must be previously treated with dehumidifying systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not use on magnesic substrates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When preparing mixes, first mix AD-FLEX with water and then dose the other components in powder form, observing the quantities indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For outdoor use, avoid application in conditions of imminent rain, frost, strong wind, beating sun and high temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Application temperature<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>+8\u00b0C \/ +35\u00b0C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Important<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Always carry out a pre-application test in order to check the compatibility and actual yield of the product as it varies depending on the substrate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:10px\"><em>Le informazioni del presente documento, hanno carattere indicativo e possono essere variate in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso per esigenze tecnico-normative.
